Rob Harvey

Rob has been a qualified mental health nurse for 20 years, 15 of which have been spent working in the NHS. Prior to joining Psyomics, Rob was the Director of Clinical Operations and Quality in a digital healthcare provider where he led on a successful reduction in waiting times whilst simultaneously seeing increased revenue. Previously he held the position as NHS Partnership Director supporting growth, integration within strategic accounts and enhancing the company’s value proposition.

He has held numerous other senior clinical, operational and commissioning roles in the NHS and Independent Sector, including Consultant Nurse, Director of Operations and Clinical Transformation, and Associate Chief Transformation Officer leading on a variety of improvements from managing access and flow to implementing successful alternatives to psychiatric hospitals, to improved integration of primary and secondary care mental health.

Rob joined Psyomics because he believes technology can support people to access the care they need and enable clinicians to be better at what they do. His desire is to fully integrate Psyomics products within the NHS, co-developing the creation of new and innovative solutions to the problems they face, with a relentless focus on improving the experience of both NHS staff and service users.
